Feature-rich but a bit overwhelming
ClickUp has a ton of functions, which is great, but at first, I found the interface a bit cluttered. It took me a while to set up my dashboards just the way I like. Also, some features like automations are not very intuitive. Support was helpful though, so I managed to get through it.
