Solid banking choice

Good but needs improvement
I've been using Citizens for a few months now. The app is pretty user-friendly and I love the instant transfers. However, I had some issues with customer support taking a bit too long to respond when I had a question about my personal loan. I'm satisfied but there's room for some improvements.
