Solid, But Room for Improvement
Overall a solid banking experience. Just wish they had more customer service availability, sometimes the wait times are a bit long.

Great But One Issue
I really enjoy using Citi for my banking needs. The app is easy to navigate and the features are handy. But once I had a problem with a transfer, it took longer than expected for support to get back to me. Still, overall a decent option.
