The other banks I tried were so outdated and slow. Citi is refreshing with its tech-savvy approach. The mobile app is fantastic, it’s quick to respond and I can easily manage my expenses. Plus, the cash back on my spending is really nice. Thumbs up!

Citi is okay but not great. The app is user-friendly but I've had a couple of glitches where my balance didn't update right away. Also, the fees can be a bit much sometimes. Not terrible, just not my favorite.

Citi has made managing my finances so much easier. The ability to check my balance on the go and make quick payments is a big deal. I even set up automatic payments which saves me time each month. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy using Citi for my banking needs. The app is easy to navigate and the features are handy. But once I had a problem with a transfer, it took longer than expected for support to get back to me. Still, overall a decent option.
