Mixed feelings about Chess.com
I joined Chess.com to get better at chess and liked the beginner lessons. But the matchmaking feels off sometimes and my games get interrupted when the app crashes. Also, the ads can be annoying if you don't have premium. So I’m not sure if I’ll stick around long term.

Good variety but some bugs in app
I like that there are tons of lessons and the forums are helpful. However, the mobile app crashes sometimes when I try to watch videos, which is annoying. Still, the overall experience is mostly positive and I’m getting better every week.

Best chess site out there
Chess.com has everything I need, from casual games to serious ranked matches. I especially like the detailed stats after each game and the forums where I exchange tips with other players. The mobile app is well designed too, so I can practice on the go without issues.

Disappointed with support response times
I reached out twice about a billing problem and they took over a week to reply both times. It’s frustrating because I couldn’t access premium features during that period, which I paid for. The site itself is fine but slow support really hurts the experience.
