Glitchy app experience
App keeps freezing when I try to transfer money, kinda frustrating for quick payments.

Mixed feelings on Chase app
The app looks modern and doing basic stuff like transfers and bill pay is simple enough. But I’ve had a couple of glitches where notifications didn’t show and one time my payment got delayed. It’s okay for now but I hope they fix those bugs soon.
