Good functionality with minor setbacks
I’ve been using Carta for a while and it mostly does what I need. Sometimes the analytics tools lag or show outdated data, which is frustrating during quick decision meetings. Still, the overall experience of managing equity and investor data is pretty smooth. Customer service is decent but could be faster with responses when issues arise.

solid platform but needs work on UI
Carta offers a great range of features for private companies trying to keep track of complex ownership structures. Managing stock options and cap tables was a nightmare before, but now it's more organized. The reports for compliance and fundraising rounds are full, which helps us stay transparent with investors. My main gripe is the user interface; it can feel a bit outdated and not very intuitive, especially when navigating deep menus. Hoping they refresh the design soon.
