I’ve been using Carta for a while and it mostly does what I need. Sometimes the analytics tools lag or show outdated data, which is frustrating during quick decision meetings. Still, the overall experience of managing equity and investor data is pretty smooth. Customer service is decent but could be faster with responses when issues arise.

Carta offers a great range of features for private companies trying to keep track of complex ownership structures.
