Almost perfect
I really enjoy using Capital One. The no foreign transaction fees while traveling are a lifesaver. The only downside is that their chat support can be slow sometimes, but overall a solid choice.

Good service overall
I've been using Capital One for a few months now. The app is really user-friendly and I love the instant notifications for transactions. The interest rates on savings are decent too, but I wish customer service was a bit quicker.
