Not bad, but room for improvement
Capital One is alright, I guess. I've had some issues with my card being blocked for random reasons. But, their savings account has a nice interest rate and I like that everything is online.

Mixed feelings
Capital One has some good features, but I find their customer service lacking. I tried reaching out about a billing issue and it was a hassle to get through. The app is easy to navigate, though.

Decent banking experience
I appreciate the tech features Capital One offers. The budgeting tools are pretty handy and help me keep track of my spending. It’s great for a digital-first experience, but I’ve faced slow transfers occasionally.
