Helpful but frustrating at times
I've been using Built In for nearly a year, mainly to scout for software engineering jobs in LA. I appreciate the detailed company reviews and authentic employee comments, they really helped me decide where to apply. However, the job search filters are limited can't filter for visa sponsorship which was a problem for me. Also, I ran into some outdated listings that were already closed, wasting my time. Customer support responded but it took days. Despite that, I landed an interview and eventually a job through Built In, so overall I'm satisfied but hoping they fix those issues.

Mostly positive, small app bugs
I found the job listings relevant and the company profiles helpful. The only annoying part was the occasional glitch in the mobile app that made scrolling jerky.
