Mixed feelings on job alerts and interface
I've been using Built In for about six months now. The job alerts are hit or miss; sometimes I get notifications for roles that don't match my experience, which feels spammy. Also, the site layout could be more intuitive, especially when switching between company reviews and job listings. On the upside, the community insights are pretty helpful for getting a real sense of workplace culture before applying. it's decent but could use improvements to compete with bigger job platforms.
