Mixed feelings on margin trading
I tried their margin trading feature but the UI was kinda clunky for me. Also, the liquidation notifications came late, which was frustrating. Spot trading is fine though.

Slow withdrawal process
Withdrawal took forever, support was no help.

Spot trading works fine
I mainly do spot trading here and it’s smooth enough. Sometimes the spread gets a bit wide, but that’s usual with smaller altcoins. Support replied quickly when I had a question about KYC.

Complex but potentially rewarding
I started using BTSE for their derivatives trading about three months ago. At first, I struggled with understanding the use options and risk management, but after watching some tutorials and asking in their chat support, I got the hang of it. The fees are competitive compared to other exchanges I used before, and I appreciate that they support multiple fiat currencies. However, I wish the mobile app was more stable because it crashed a couple of times when markets were volatile, which made me miss a trade. it’s a solid platform once you get used to its quirks.
