Mixed feelings on margin trading
I tried their margin trading feature but the UI was kinda clunky for me. Also, the liquidation notifications came late, which was frustrating. Spot trading is fine though.

Decent platform with room for growth
I've been using BTSE for spot and derivatives trading since early this year. The multi-fiat support is really helpful for me as a European trader. Execution speed is decent but occasionally I notice some slippage during high volatility. Their staking options are a nice bonus, giving some passive income while holding assets. However, their customer service could be faster; I waited almost a day for a response about a withdrawal query. I’d say it’s a reliable exchange but could improve customer support and app stability.

Good platform but some glitches
I've been trading crypto on BTSE for about three months now. Unreliable support and delays

I mainly do spot trading here and it’s smooth enough. Sometimes the spread gets a bit wide, but that’s usual with smaller altcoins. Support replied quickly when I had a question about KYC.
