Booked a last-minute ticket to Boston and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The crew was attentive, especially when I needed assistance with my carry-on. Food quality was better than I expected for Economy class, and the entertainment system had lots of recent movies. Arriving on time made my business meeting easier to manage. a solid choice for international flights.

I’ve flown BA multiple times and mostly had good experiences but my last trip had a few bumps. The flight was delayed due to weather which is understandable, but the communication was lacking. Once onboard, the crew did their best to keep everyone comfortable and the snacks were decent. I also liked that the app lets you track your baggage, though my bag took ages to come out. Despite the issues, I’d still fly with them again.

I flew BA from Newcastle to Dubai and while the plane was clean and the seat comfortable, the in-flight meal was disappointing and served late. The entertainment system froze a couple of times, which was annoying on such a long flight. On the bright side, the crew was really friendly and helped me with my connecting flight info when I was confused. The airport staff also made check-in fast which saved me some stress.

I flew BA from Brighton to JFK and it was mostly okay but the wait times in security and boarding were pretty long. The plane itself was comfortable and the staff were polite, but I wish the process was quicker. The in-flight Wi-Fi was a lifesaver though as I had some urgent emails to send. I’d say the experience could be better streamlined but not bad overall.
