I buy vitamins and skincare regularly from boots.com and the product range never disappoints. However, the mobile site can be glitchy especially during promo sales which makes adding items to cart frustrating. Desktop version works way better, so I switch back if I can.

The selection is excellent and prices are fair, just hope they upgrade their packaging to avoid spills. Support was responsive and offered a partial refund, which saved the experience.

I really like the range of skincare products here, found some great brands I didn’t see elsewhere. The delivery was faster than I expected, but the checkout page froze once and I had to reload which was annoying. Customer support was helpful though and sorted it quickly.
