I booked a hotel through Booking.com for a friends’ reunion weekend. While the website was user-friendly and checking availability was fast, the room we got was smaller than advertised. The photos showed a much bigger space and modern decor, but the actual room felt cramped and outdated. I contacted support but they just referred me to the hotel’s own policy which was frustrating. The location was great though, so that partly made up for it.

Mostly good booking experience
I used Booking.com to book a stay in Miami for a weekend trip. The site was easy to navigate and I appreciated the detailed reviews on the hotel. Only downside was the room was a bit different than photos but nothing major.

Decent app but some glitches
Used their app to book a weekend getaway, the interface is pretty friendly but it crashed a couple of times which made me nervous about my reservation. Luckily, everything was confirmed fine and the stay was good enough.
