I’ve placed several orders here, mostly for professional books and references that are hard to get locally. The selection is unbeatable and the prices are decent. However, one time a big order took almost a month due to shipping delays. Support was responsive but couldn’t do much. I love browsing Book Depository because they have tons of genres, from classics to the latest sci-fi. I ordered three books for a course and was super excited, but the delivery took almost three weeks, which was longer than I expected. The packaging was neat though, and the books arrived in perfect condition. Customer support was polite but couldn’t speed up the shipping. I’ll definitely order again but will plan for the wait.
