I appreciate that Bolt offers electric scooter rentals as well used them a couple of times on short trips, and they worked well. The ride-hailing is smooth, but sometimes the app freezes when booking a ride in crowded areas.

I really like Bolt’s pricing and driver availability, especially during peak hours. However, I had a couple of crashes recently on my phone when trying to confirm a ride. Hopefully, they will fix these bugs soon.

I use Bolt mostly for short city trips and it’s mostly hassle-free. Occasionally the app refuses to load my payment method, which is frustrating. Also, I wish the scooter battery life was better because I had to stop mid-ride twice. Still, overall a solid choice for urban travel.

Rides usually come on time but had two instances last week where my driver was stuck in traffic and I wasn’t notified.

Bolt is great for quick rides, especially late at night when other services are scarce. Once, I noticed prices jumped significantly during a festival, and I found it a bit steep compared to my usual budget.
