On the bright side, once they fixed it, everything processed fine and I continue using the platform for its reliability and security features.

Decent but inconsistent order fills
I've been using bitFlyer for a few months and it's mostly okay. The good thing is the platform rarely goes down and I can trade at any time. But sometimes my market orders get partial fills or delays which messes up my strategy. Also, the app UI could use some improvements, like better chart tools. Support replies take longer than I’d like but they do eventually help resolve issues.
