Mixed feelings on UI and support

The DeFi protocols available here are solid but the UI can be confusing at times. I had to reach out to support because I got stuck on a transaction confirmation, and the response was slower than I'd hoped. On the bright side, fees were lower than on some other platforms I used. So it's a bit of a trade-off for me.

Decent but with occasional glitches

I like the range of DeFi products BitFi Basis offers, especially the yield farming options. Though once or twice the app froze during a transaction causing some anxiety. They fixed it quickly after I reported it, but it's something to watch out for. the returns have been okay, but I wish the staking rewards were updated more frequently.
