The DeFi protocols available here are solid but the UI can be confusing at times. I had to reach out to support because I got stuck on a transaction confirmation, and the response was slower than I'd hoped. On the bright side, fees were lower than on some other platforms I used. So it's a bit of a trade-off for me.

I've been using BitFi Basis for about three months now. The platform's approach to DeFi is pretty solid, especially how it integrates several protocols directly. However, I noticed that liquidity can be an issue sometimes, especially when I tried staking smaller tokens. The transaction confirmations were quick though, and the interface is pretty clean. Support answered my question about gas fees within a day, so that's a plus.
