Bitay has a user-friendly layout that helped me start trading easily. The KYC process was straightforward and didn’t take long. Wish they had more staking options though.

Reliable but support could improve
I’ve made several trades here and the execution is usually fast, which is great. However, I had an issue with a delayed withdrawal last month and customer support took almost two days to respond. I appreciate that they eventually resolved it but quicker help would be nice. The fees are reasonable compared to other exchanges I’ve tried.

Decent exchange but occasional glitches
Transactions mostly go through fine but I sometimes see delays during peak hours. The app crashed once while placing a sell order, which was frustrating. Support replied but took a while to offer a fix. I keep using Bitay because it supports my favorite coins though.

Good but had some hiccups with withdrawal
My first few trades were flawless, and the interface is intuitive, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to withdraw ETH last week, it got stuck in pending for over a day. After contacting support through chat, they told me it was a network congestion issue and promised to speed it up. Eventually, it cleared but I wish I got earlier updates. Still, overall the platform feels safe and the fees are reasonable.
