User-friendly but missing some coins
Bitay’s interface is clean and easy to use, even for someone new like me. I did notice that some of the newer coins I wanted to buy weren’t available yet, which was a bit disappointing. Still, transactions were quick and the app didn’t crash during my trades.

Reliable but support could improve
I’ve made several trades here and the execution is usually fast, which is great. However, I had an issue with a delayed withdrawal last month and customer support took almost two days to respond. I appreciate that they eventually resolved it but quicker help would be nice. The fees are reasonable compared to other exchanges I’ve tried.
