Used BigONE for a month now, trading BTC and ETH. The fees are reasonable and the interface is user-friendly. However, withdrawals took almost 3 days last time which was annoying. Support replied but didn’t speed it up much.

BigONE mostly works fine for me, especially the fast deposit process. Sometimes the app gets laggy during peak hours which is annoying when you want to catch a trade quickly. Also, I wish the staking rewards were a bit higher since I lock up some coins monthly. Still, it's reliable enough to keep using.

Trading experience is mostly good, and I find their selection of tokens impressive. However, the mobile app crashes occasionally which can be frustrating when making quick trades. The fees are fair, and deposit times are usually instant which helps. Hope they fix the app glitches soon because that would make it perfect.

BigONE’s app is super intuitive and I like the quick access to trading pairs. Deposits were instant and I didn’t face any issues verifying my ID. Just wish the withdrawal fees were lower, but otherwise solid.

I like how BigONE offers a wide range of tokens and the fees are competitive. The trading charts are useful and easy to interpret. However, my KYC verification took almost a week, which delayed my first trade and was quite frustrating when compared to other exchanges that verified me within a day. Once verified though, everything ran pretty smoothly.
