Mostly good but slow withdrawals
Used BigONE for a month now, trading BTC and ETH. The fees are reasonable and the interface is user-friendly. However, withdrawals took almost 3 days last time which was annoying. Support replied but didn’t speed it up much.

Mixed feelings about BigONE experience
I started trading on BigONE about six months ago. The platform offers a decent variety of altcoins and the order execution is generally smooth, but sometimes I notice some slippage on market orders which is frustrating when prices are volatile. Their staking feature is a nice touch but the APYs are lower compared to other exchanges I’ve used. Customer support is hit or miss; they answered my questions but often with delays. I keep using it mainly because of the app’s layout and decent liquidity, but it’s not perfect.

Mixed feelings about BigONE
The platform has a good token range and decent fees, but sometimes the order book shows delays in updating prices. Also, the liquidation engine isn't as transparent as I wish, which makes it hard to assess risk fully. Their trading terminal has all the basic tools but missing some advanced indicators I've seen elsewhere. I’m still using it because it’s stable but hoping they improve these areas soon.

Good, but small hiccups here and there
BigONE mostly works fine for me, especially the fast deposit process. Sometimes the app gets laggy during peak hours which is annoying when you want to catch a trade quickly. Also, I wish the staking rewards were a bit higher since I lock up some coins monthly. Still, it's reliable enough to keep using.

Mostly solid but needs better app stability
Trading experience is mostly good, and I find their selection of tokens impressive. However, the mobile app crashes occasionally which can be frustrating when making quick trades. The fees are fair, and deposit times are usually instant which helps. Hope they fix the app glitches soon because that would make it perfect.

Support helps but verification took forever
I like how BigONE offers a wide range of tokens and the fees are competitive. The trading charts are useful and easy to interpret. However, my KYC verification took almost a week, which delayed my first trade and was quite frustrating when compared to other exchanges that verified me within a day. Once verified though, everything ran pretty smoothly.
