Decent deals but site is glitchy
I like their mission and find good books here, but sometimes the website logs me out randomly which gets annoying. Still, the prices and book conditions keep me coming back.

Good books but shipping delay
I found some great used textbooks here which were at a nice price. The only downside was the shipping took almost two weeks instead of the usual 5 days promised on the site, which was annoying since I needed them for class. Customer service was polite but couldn’t speed up the process. Otherwise the books themselves were exactly as described.

Good collection but checkout needs fixes
I found some rare titles here which was awesome, but the payment process glitched a couple of times, causing delays. Customer support helped sort it out eventually but I hope they improve the site stability for smoother shopping.
