Betfair is mostly solid, but I had a hard time reaching support when I needed help with a payout. It took longer than expected to get a response. I like the betting options, just wish customer service was faster.

Betfair has a really cool setup for betting on sports. I found the peer-to-peer betting exciting and the odds are often better than traditional sportsbooks. My only gripe is that the app sometimes lags during peak times, which can be frustrating.
