Transfers take longer than promised and app crashes occasionally.

Convenient but limited ATM access
BBVA app works fine for daily transfers and payments, the UI is clean and easy to navigate. However, I travel a lot and the limited ATM network is a pain, I had to pay fees withdrawing cash abroad twice already. Customer service was responsive when I reported it but no solution yet. Otherwise, having all cards and account details in one app is really handy.
