Mixed feelings on BBVA banking
I started using BBVA to avoid traditional banks’ fees and it mostly delivered. The app’s budgeting tools are great, but I got frustrated when my account was temporarily blocked without clear explanation, and support took two days to respond. Also, the card shipment was delayed by a week which was annoying since I needed it for travel. After sorting those issues, the service improved and transfers are quick now. I’d say it’s good for those who want simple digital banking but expect some bumps.

Convenient but limited ATM access
BBVA app works fine for daily transfers and payments, the UI is clean and easy to navigate. However, I travel a lot and the limited ATM network is a pain, I had to pay fees withdrawing cash abroad twice already. Customer service was responsive when I reported it but no solution yet. Otherwise, having all cards and account details in one app is really handy.
