Mixed feelings about matchmaking
Battle.net has all the Blizzard titles I love, but sometimes the matchmaking feels off. The latency spikes during peak hours get frustrating, and it makes ranked matches pretty annoying. Still, their social chat features are helpful for organizing group raids.

Decent overall but buggy launcher
I like having all Blizzard games in one place, but sometimes the launcher crashes mid-update, which is super annoying. Support is slow to respond, so I just end up restarting the whole PC. Social features are okay but could use more polish.
