Mostly good but app lags sometimes

I appreciate the no-fee transfers and easy card freezing option. The app’s design is user-friendly, but occasionally it’s slow to refresh my balance or load transaction history. Not a dealbreaker but can be annoying if you’re trying to check something quickly. Support was helpful when I reached out about the lag, so points for that.

Good but needs better transparency

I’ve used Bank of America’s neobank services for almost a year now. The app is sleek and I like how they handle quick transfers between accounts. However, I was surprised by some unexpected fees on international transactions that weren’t clearly mentioned when I opened the account. Also, the currency exchange rates sometimes seem less competitive than other neobanks I tried before. Customer support is polite but I wish they would offer more detailed info on fees and limits upfront to avoid surprises.

Good digital banking with minor flaws

I’ve used Bank of America’s neobank services for a while now. The setup process was quick and their app supports all the usual features like transfers, mobile deposits, and spending tracking. Sometimes the app crashes when switching between screens, which can get annoying during busy days. it’s a reliable service and I like the convenience of handling everything digitally without visiting a branch.

Good app but customer support needs work

Using Bank of America’s digital platform has made my daily banking smoother, especially with instant balance updates and quick transfers. That said, I’ve had two occasions when the app froze during a transfer, causing me to double-check if the money actually went through. Support eventually sorted it out but it took longer than expected and I think they could improve their response times for tech issues.
