Mixed experience with order and support
I ordered some nursery items including a changing table and some accessories. The items arrived on time but one piece was damaged. Tried contacting support several times but only got a generic response without a clear solution. Ended up returning the product but the process took longer than expected which was frustrating, especially with a newborn at home.
