Nice product range but shipping delays
I love the variety of baby clothes and gear available. Unfortunately, my last order took over two weeks to arrive which messed up my plans for my baby shower. Customer support apologized but couldn’t speed things up. Hopefully delivery improves soon because I'd like to keep shopping here.

Good products but checkout glitch
Bought several baby toys here, they arrived in great shape. However, the website glitch caused payment to fail twice and I had to redo the whole cart. Support was helpful after I reached them but it held me up a bit.

Huge variety and friendly advice

Mixed experience with order and support
I ordered some nursery items including a changing table and some accessories. The items arrived on time but one piece was damaged. I ordered a diaper bag and several feeding bottles. Delivery was a bit slower than I hoped but everything was well packed and brand new. Called customer service once to clarify return policy and they were polite and clear. Overall a decent shopping experience; might order again next time my toddler grows out of stuff.
