Solid overall but app glitches
I’ve been with AXA for about a year now. Their home insurance covers a wide range of risks which was reassuring when my basement flooded last winter. The claim process was smooth but I faced some issues with the mobile app crashing while uploading photos, which delayed submission. Customer service helped fix the problem eventually, but it was a bit stressful at the time.
