Reliable security but confusing pricing
I've been using AVG's antivirus and VPN for about a year now. The security features are solid, blocking threats effectively and the VPN encrypts my internet connection reliably. The main gripe I have is with their subscription plans which are a bit confusing some features are locked behind the higher tiers, and I had to contact support twice to clarify what’s included. The chat support was friendly but slow to respond during weekends. it's a trustworthy product but pricing transparency could improve.

Good protection but app glitches
I installed AVG's antivirus and VPN suite last year for my small business. The malware detection works well and the VPN helps secure our remote workers. However, the desktop app sometimes crashes during scans, which is annoying. Support replied but the fixes took several days, slowing down our workflow. Still, I'd say it's a decent choice if you can tolerate occasional bugs.
