Their trading interface is quite intuitive and I appreciate the educational videos. Execution is fast when I place forex orders. However, I did experience a delay withdrawing my funds last month, it took three days instead of the usual one or two. Support said it was due to bank processing times, so I guess that’s out of their hands.

Customer support was very patient with me while I learned how to use the advanced charting tools. My main gripe is about spreads widening during news events, which made some trades more expensive than expected.
