Decent but the app can be glitchy
The desktop platform works fine and I like the variety of indicators they provide. Unfortunately, their mobile app sometimes freezes or crashes right when I need to make quick trades. This has made me miss some good entry points. Support is reachable but the fixes take a while. I use them mostly for demo trading now.

Mixed feelings about their use options
I had high hopes since AvaTrade offers up to 1:400 use which is great for scalping, but sometimes their margin call notifications are delayed. On one occasion, my trade was liquidated faster than expected even though the price barely touched my stop loss. Also, the app updates have caused some freezes, which messed up my trades during volatile hours. Support was helpful but it took a while to get a response. not bad, but could be smoother.
