Efficient tools with some quirks
I've been using Atlassian's tools for over a year now managing product releases across teams. Jira keeps workflow transparent and Confluence is perfect for documentation. Though occasionally, updates cause temporary bugs that slow things down, their support team responds pretty quickly. Overall I’ve seen a real boost in our team’s collaboration efficiency since switching to Atlassian.
