I tried watching several shows but kept having buffering problems even on my high-speed internet. The app crashed randomly and it took forever to load content. Contacted support twice, both times the responses were generic and didn’t solve anything. Honestly, I was expecting way better performance, especially from Apple. I canceled after just one month since it was more frustrating than entertaining.

I enjoy the storytelling, especially the documentaries, but I find the overall library pretty limited. Wish there were more genres or popular series included. Still, the interface and streaming quality work fine for me.

I really enjoy the exclusive shows on Apple TV+, especially the latest drama series that just dropped last month. However, the app on my Apple TV keeps freezing during episodes, and sometimes the subtitles don't sync up right. It’s frustrating because the picture quality and storytelling are top-notch, but these bugs pull me out of the experience.
