The AI tools are powerful and helped us automate several workflows, but the pricing model isn’t very transparent. We spent extra time figuring out costs based on usage, which was frustrating. Also, the initial setup took longer than expected because the onboarding docs were confusing. Still, the tech itself is pretty solid.

Tried Anthropic's API for a client project that needed smart automation, but the response times were pretty slow and occasionally buggy. The models showed potential, especially with handling complex prompts, but frequent timeouts slowed down the workflow badly. Hoping they polish the platform soon because the safety features look promising.

I tried integrating Anthropic’s API into our app last quarter. The AI outputs were quite aligned with what we needed, but the latency was a problem during peak hours. Also, some of the error messages were vague, which slowed debugging. Hoping they improve stability soon.
