Mixed experience with their accessories
I’ve bought a few outfits and accessories for my daughter’s dolls from American Girl, and while the quality is generally very good, the last dress arrived with a small tear. I contacted their support and they were polite but it took over a week to get a replacement. I love how the dolls encourage creativity, but the wait was a bit frustrating especially as it was for a birthday present. Hopefully they speed up their shipping process in the future.

Some issues with order processing
I placed an order during a sale and expected to receive it in under a week. Instead it took almost two weeks and I had to reach out to support multiple times before they clarified the delay. When the box finally arrived, everything was as described and my daughter was happy, but the wait was too long and communication could be better.
