Mostly great but slow account verification process
I liked how you can do almost everything via the app without stepping into a branch it saved me a lot of time. However, the verification took longer than what their website promised; it was about 5 days instead of 2. Once verified, all the features worked perfectly, from instant transfers to automated bill pay. I had to contact support a couple of times, and they were polite though a bit slow to respond during peak hours. a solid neobank for Saudi residents who want convenience without the traditional bank hassle.
