I switched from a traditional bank to Al Rajhi about 3 months ago and I’m quite happy with the digital-first approach. The app's UI is clean and transfers usually complete right away. The only issue I faced was with the currency conversion rates which seemed a bit high last month. Other than that, managing both personal and business accounts without visiting branches is a huge plus.
