Smooth transactions but could improve app speed
Using Alma for my freelance gigs has been mostly smooth. Transfers complete on time and the fees are clear upfront. My only gripe is the mobile app can freeze or lag occasionally during busy hours, which is annoying if you need to send money fast. Support has acknowledged this issue so hopefully, a fix is coming soon.
