Mostly reliable payments
I use Alma for business payments and mostly it's smooth. Sometimes the verification takes longer than expected, which messes with deadlines. Still, fees are reasonable and transfers clear quickly.

Convenient but limits are frustrating
I enjoy using Alma’s service because the app is smooth and the payment speed is impressive. However, the daily transfer limit is sometimes too low for my business needs, causing me to split payments awkwardly. I hope they increase those limits soon. Other than that, it’s a solid service with friendly support agents who helped me with a currency conversion question just yesterday.

Good but slow support
The payment processing works fine but I faced a delay in their customer support response. It took about 48 hours to get help with a stuck transaction, which was frustrating. Otherwise, the interface is user-friendly.
