Allegro has tons of product options and fair prices. The website load speed is great but the mobile app crashes sometimes, which makes last-minute purchases frustrating. Hopefully, they patch that soon.

The overall experience is convenient since I find almost anything I need without leaving home. But I had a case where a seller listed a product as new but it arrived clearly used. It caused some back and forth with returns which took longer than expected.

Usually Allegro works well for me, the interface is user-friendly and I find good deals. However, last time my package arrived a day late and the tracking info was a bit outdated. Support was polite but took some time to respond.
