Item arrived but seller ignored my questions. Disappointing experience.

Mixed feelings good interface but slow delivery
I like browsing on Allegro because the product filters make it easy to find exactly what I want. However, my last two orders got stuck in transit for over a week with no real updates. It got me worried since one package was a gift. Customer support took some time to get back to me, so that part was frustrating.
