Mixed feelings about AliExpress lately
I’ve been using AliExpress for years and generally had good luck, but recently I ran into some issues. One order for phone accessories was missing parts and the seller was slow to respond. I had to open a dispute and it took over a week to get a refund. On the other hand, another package with clothes arrived earlier than expected and the quality was pretty decent for the price. So it’s a bit hit or miss depending on the seller, but I still find items here that I can’t get elsewhere at similar prices. Just wish the customer service was a bit more consistent, especially when dealing with disputes.
