Mostly smooth but some delays
I've been using Airwallex for over a year managing payments for my small export business. The platform is mostly reliable with fast currency conversion and decent fee transparency. However, once I had a payment stuck for two days because of extra verification requests which was frustrating since it delayed a shipment. Customer support was polite but slow to respond during that time. Still, their global payment tracking tools are super helpful and have saved me from accounting headaches several times.

Good but needs improvements
